The integrative power of the products of DePauli Systems also relays the power of Microsoft Azure. With a powerful payment solution, the platform integrates into the international e-commerce system for online stores and retail outlets in just 3 minutes together with all business layers all the while needing a maximum of 3 days for the most comprehensive integration.
Let's dive into the details of the platform, which was brought to life in Esbaş Aegean Free Trade Zone in Türkiye by DePauli Holding with cloud assistance by Microsoft Türkiye and NephOS Systems.
DePauli Systems: A holistic approach to e-commerce powered by Azure
After looking into every cloud platform for the project, DePauli Systems was convinced it can achieve its goals with Microsoft Azure and materialized all of its products using Microsoft's robust infrastructure.
The platform is home to a variety of solutions that cater to different needs using Microsoft Azure-managed applications and allows for order procedures, such as the control of payment processes, integrated shipping tracking, piecework payment, and refund tracking, to be centrally managed.
DePauli Systems is a commercial solution platform that can be applied to all sectors thanks to its fast-responding search engine, inventory mechanisms, data statistics, anomaly detection and warning abilities, security, sales management, customer segmentation, and data quality scoring.
Within DePauli Holding, millions of transactions take place every day in the online stores of 15 major international brands. The platform, which was developed in response to the stores' needs and in line with lessons learned, offers dynamic solutions that factor in newly emerging, pandemic-induced realities of the marketplace.
The system, which can direct sales based on category, brand, or product within the framework of special contracts, is also equipped with its own fast payment feature. A striking feature of the mobile applications on the platform is that in-store items can be easily added to the basket by scanning the items` labels. It is also possible for the users to manage orders in their entirety.
DePauli Systems: Powered by Microsoft collaboration
DePauli Systems managing partner Kemal Akça notes that "collaborations with and solutions of Microsoft are indispensable in all the products created." Keeping systems on cloud, from development to production, the company uses Microsoft infrastructure in every area. To deploy Content Delivery Network on Azure, all business layers are developed in a high-performance fashion. A notable advantage of the system is the fact that all components complement each other perfectly. Disaster recovery mechanisms offered by the cloud are of critical importance for DePauli Systems. Another element of significant importance is the scaling speed of Azure: imperative in a platform where millions of operations are supported simultaneously.
Bringing into the picture the cloud's own safety mechanisms as well, teams note that they have a comprehensive safety management in place and position the cloud's safety system out front.
The company is of the view that, thanks to the collaboration with Microsoft, major value-add and momentum gains have been achieved in solving problems through the one-to-one service, close consultation, and real-time support provided by the ecosystem.

24 years of knowledge on the cloud
DePauli Systems were introduced based on the products the company has been using for more than 24 years. The new structure, in which all experiences related to e-commerce dynamics are coded, overcomes various obstacles by focusing on customer satisfaction.
Introducing the piecework payment and ordering system, DePauli AG designed a platform where the system does the charge up only when the products are shipped and can smoothly follow up in case there are any exchanges to be accounted for. Deals such as discount codes or sales are also included in the platform.
Due to new business development needs that emerged during the pandemic, the project was equipped with a new management panel. Noting the sudden operational changes introduced in by some delivery companies in response to the worsening COVID-19 situation in various jurisdictions, such as canceling cash-on-delivery, DePauli Systems technology architects highlight the fact that these changes result in a tremendous ramp up in effort and cost and that sometimes a smooth and rapid solution may not be possible.
With an experienced team, the company succeeded in introducing the system with a modular management panel and added a few touches to overcome such extensive and vital technical/operational hurdles that require testing through real-time runs. Thanks to this feature, in e-commerce, it is now possible to swiftly factor in several tax policies for a specific product group in a specific locality of a specific country.
Another distinctive feature of the system is that it can communicate problems or anomalies detected to relevant management units via SMS or email.
The system is able to set up a business plan on the payment system, add analyses, point to the source of technical issues, establish a predictive warning structure for possible future problems, offer solutions to various departments and manage every operational need. This means that online commerce platforms will be able to enjoy the convenience of a one-stop shop.
Azure: Number one in performance analytics
Stressing that other cloud providers could not reach Azure's speed in performance analyses and even when they did, there were still risks posed on the customer satisfaction side, Nazım Kabiloğlu (CTO) added that system's ability to cope with high hourly order loads was as important for the customer as the integration speed reached.
Developing and integrating a system that will serve meeting and commercial needs, where the physical world and digital medium, such as the Metaverse/NFT world being on their radar, DePauli Systems team notes that they are engaging in R&D activities and developing demos.
The company is striving towards having everyone, from bloggers to students, who wish to reach their sales potential in online sales and realize their dreams, regardless of whether they have a web page or ERP system.
“During programming, when we had to make sudden and swift decisions, both Microsoft and İsmail Kahveci from our business partner, NephOS Systems guided us and we were able to make sure that the project was implemented smoothly and rapidly. We are able to get instant answers for our questions. We have achieved a trustworthy and easy-to-understand working environment where we can receive quick and accurate responses. Technology is already an area where we have reached impressive grounds, but the trust fostered by one-to-one communication is priceless.”
