As a payment service provider, PAGOS360 faced the challenge of complying with due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies when processing millions of transactions daily. These processes were done manually until sustained growth led it to find a solution to automate these tasks. The scalability of the business required the solution to be deployed in the cloud, and to provide security and trust to both the company and its customers. For this reason, PAGOS360 chose trak.e from Poincenot Technology Studio, a solution based on Microsoft Azure.

PAGOS360 is one of the main payment processing platforms in Argentina, which is approved with both domestic and international acquirers and processors. Its services integrate more than 20 in-person and digital forms of payment, such as: credit, debit and Agro cards, DEBIN, direct debit, immediate electronic payments (PEI), Red Link, Red Banelco and major digital wallets.

It also offers technologies such as payment button and link, interoperable QR, subscriptions and automatic debit, as well as solutions for simplified reconciliation and fraud prevention, so it was vitally important to optimize processes to improve the customer experience.

Poincenot Technology Studio implemented trak.e for PAGOS360, a solution that allowed them to streamline the KYC process and increase the ability to scale their business, thanks to the security and reliability that are consolidated into Microsoft Azure. trak.e allows automatic and periodic validations against sanction lists and internal and external information sources to PAGOS360. In addition, the platform makes it easy to monitor each customer's activity continuously, securely, and in real time, with 30 configured monitoring rules that generate required alerts according to International Financial Action Task Force (IFFA) standards.

Within two months, the integration of trak.e to the transactional core of PAGOS360 was successfully completed with the scalability and security of Azure as a cloud provider and the additional benefits of Azure Front Door, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Data Lake Storage.
