Complete the Microsoft 365 ISV Benefits Submission Form, which will help you confirm which benefits you can apply for. You will be asked what benefits you are interested in redeeming.
Accept the terms and conditions in the Microsoft 365 ISV Program Benefits Agreement and the Microsoft 365 ISV Benefits Program Guide. By submitting your information through the Microsoft 365 ISV Benefits Submission Form, you agree to the terms and conditions of any benefits that you may qualify for.
