On December 31, 2021, the Open License program will be retired after many years at the service of Microsoft and its partners. Starting January 1, 2022, all perpetual software licenses, whether on-premises or in the cloud, will be available for purchase on a single trading platform, which will simplify the purchasing process for customers and expand business opportunities for partners.
