Fede Pacheco is the Modern Work Capacity and Enablement Lead for Global Partner Solutions in the US at Microsoft. Fede has retail experience at Unilever, Subway, and HP in a variety of marketing and product management roles. These experiences have given him an insightful understanding of how both partners and end-customers adopt and leverage technology solutions.

Fede recently moved to Seattle with his wife, Marie, and their yorkie, Oliver, after living in Berkeley for the past two years. As foodies, they have truly enjoyed exploring all the different food offerings in the Pacific Northwest. Despite being born and raised in Costa Rica, Fede became a big NFL fan since he was little thanks to his dad (and to Peyton Manning).
