Series nine of the hugely popular motoring show sees the boys embark on an epic road trip across the southern states of America in inimitable Top Gear style. Along the way they encounter extreme heat, flies and some very angry locals at a petrol station. The Bugati Veyron is taken for a high speed spin in Germany, James May and Richard Hammond attempt to build a space shuttle out of a Reliant Robin and Jeremy Clarkson introduces a Renault Espace to a high speed locomotive - all in the name of promoting railway safety of course.
