Erwin Visser is General Manager of Partner Solution Strategy, Capacity & Enablement for Microsoft Americas, leading the Americas partner strategy and enablement planning for Microsoft’s commercial cloud, including global system integrators, cloud partners and ISVs. Erwin’s key focus area is to empower Microsoft partners in the US to digitally transform their customers with cloud solutions and services.

Prior to his current role, Erwin was the General Manager for Enterprise & Industry Marketing leading the marketing strategy for the enterprise segment across commercial and public-sector customers worldwide. Before that, Erwin was responsible for the worldwide commercial strategy and marketing of Windows, including the Windows operating system and Windows Phone.

In 2006, Erwin transitioned to Microsoft Corporate in Redmond from Microsoft BV in the Netherlands, where he led the Microsoft subsidiary marketing organization as a member of the Dutch leadership team. Prior to this role, Visser worked in different sales, marketing and technical pre-sales roles at Microsoft.

Visser began his career working for a Dutch system integrator in various software development projects. He holds a master’s in computer science and a bachelor’s in mathematics from the University of Amsterdam.
