About

I lead MSR Maluuba’s Engineering & Applied Research group in Montreal. My focus is solving real world natural language problems using state of the art machine learning techniques. The goal of the engineering and applied research team is to build solutions that solve these problems and empower millions of people around the world to achieve more by working with product teams that leverage our technology.

Prior to the Microsoft acquisition, I worked at Maluuba for 6 years at the intersection of research and engineering. I have a Bachelor of Mathematics & Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
