I joined Microsoft in 2014 working on Azure Spatial Anchors (opens in new tab). In November 2018 I moved to the Microsoft Mixed Reality & AI Lab Zurich (opens in new tab) with the focus on long-term slam and large scale mapping.
I did my PhD on real time photometric registration for Augmented Reality at the University of Technology Graz Austria in the Christian Doppler Lab for Handheld Augmented Reality (opens in new tab) where I was co-advised by Dieter Schmalstieg and Tobias Hollerer (UCSB).
