Saravan Rajmohan is a Partner Director and GM leading M365 Research group under M365 Core in Microsoft. He is one of the leading experts in AI Systems and infrastructure, Generative AI and LLM systems with several top tier publications and patents. Saravan is focused on building world class Generative AI systems that are efficient by design, grounded, trustworthy, private more importantly personalizable and adaptable across domains. His group, M365 Research, consisting of over 40 researchers globally, is at the forefront of AI and systems research, working in sync with Microsoft Research and leading academic institutions. The group organized around three principal research pillars called AI for Domains , AIOps and Efficient AI aimed to drive medium to long term impact for Office and Microsoft that support our commitment to cloud operational excellence via AI and System Research, Cross Stack Efficiency in AI systems, and domain adaptation of Generative AI solutions.
