About
I am a Research Engineer at Microsoft Research, India. I am currently working on developing efficient AI infrastructure (intersection of deep learning and systems).
Prior to this, I worked with the Extreme Classification (XC) group, headed by Dr. Manik Varma. Specifically, I worked on how to personalise the retrieval layer in a resource-efficient manner for more personalized recommendations.
Prior to joining Microsoft Research, I worked at Microsoft IDC in the Azure Dedicated team for 2 years. I worked on building the Auto-Host Remediation service, which automatically monitors the health of nodes in the datacenter, and on detecting a failure, replaces the faulty node with a healthy one while ensuring zero downtime for customers.
Prior to joining Microsoft, I completed my Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Ropar.
