MCA Our New Commerce Experience

Today, we make offers available through various licensing programs and platforms, but this purchasing experience for our customers and partners is fractured. Each licensing program has its own unique contracting experience and terms and conditions, as well as disparate customer, partner, and field management console experiences. Through the New Commerce Experience (NCE) we are evolving the purchasing experience to improve our overall picture of the customer position and our ability to advise the customer about logical next steps.

Partners can help customers get the most value from their technology investments. In the CSP motion, partners will manage all aspects of their customers’ purchase, deployment, and use of technology across all stages of the customer lifecycle. In the MCA-E motion and buy online motion, partners will provide customers with the services and solutions they need to succeed.
