今年的領袖營以「微所欲微」為主題，旨在提供二十屆實習生在非工作場合中展現自我、互相交流的機會。我們期待參與者能在這一天的活動中盡情展現各種才能、專長和個性，進而讓大家可以認識更多面向的彼此，建立更深的連結。
This year's Leadership Camp revolves around the theme "Show Your True self" offering the 20th cohort of interns a platform to showcase themselves and engage in meaningful interactions beyond the confines of the workplace. We eagerly anticipate participants seizing the opportunity to fully express their talents, skills, and unique personalities, thereby enriching each other's interactive experiences.
為了紀念這一特別的時刻，我們特別設計了一款限時動態濾鏡，讓參與者能夠捕捉並分享活動中的美好瞬間。最後，透過兩支 Reels 影片回顧當天的精彩時刻，為大家可愛的笑容留下紀錄。
To commemorate this special occasion, we have curated a custom-made filter, enabling participants to capture and share the memorable moments of the event. Furthermore, through two captivating Reels videos, we will immortalize the highlights of the day, ensuring these cherished memories endure.
職涯探索工作坊是領袖營的第一個活動，而我們邀請到了資深產品經理 Ann，與參與者分享了她如何從文科背景起步、進入科技行業、在多家外商公司工作後最終跨域成微軟硬體產品經理的職涯歷程。Ann大方地與實習生分享了她在求職過程中面臨的挑戰與抉擇，並鼓勵我們保持學習熱情、勇於迎接挑戰，只要一直保持這樣的熱忱，最終都能去到自己想到達的地方。
Kicking off the Camp is the Career Exploration Workshop, where esteemed product manager Ann shares her remarkable journey from a humanities background to thriving in the tech industry. With insights gained from navigating multiple multinational corporations, Ann generously imparts wisdom on overcoming challenges and making pivotal career choices, encouraging interns to maintain a fervent passion for learning and embrace challenges, confident that persistence leads to realizing their career aspirations.
下午的活動，我們安排了團隊合作漆彈遊戲。在專業教練的指導下，實習生們學習了如何操作漆彈槍、制定戰術並與隊友合作。在密林中進行的對戰中，參與者們體驗到了團隊合作的重要性，必須相互協作、發揮個人長處，才能取得勝利。這場活動不僅讓大家度過了愉快的時光，也加深了彼此之間的了解和信任。
The afternoon brings an exciting activity as we engage in team-building paintball. Guided by seasoned coaches, participants learn tactical maneuvers and the importance of cohesive teamwork in exhilarating jungle skirmishes. Through this experience, participants discover firsthand the power of collaboration and leveraging individual strengths, fostering deeper bonds and mutual trust among teammates.
當晚，實習生們在熱炒店中享受了歡樂的聚餐時光。實習生們除了品嚐美食外，還參與了由活動組精心設計的團康活動。活動中包括了各種有趣的小遊戲和挑戰，讓大家在歡笑中拉近了彼此的距離。最後，我們公布了各項比賽項目的獲勝者，並為他們頒發了獎品。未獲勝的參與者也參與了有趣的懲罰活動，為這個夜晚增添了不少歡笑和娛樂。整個活動充滿了溫馨、歡樂與團隊合作的氛圍，為實習生們留下了難忘的回憶。
As the day draws to a close, we gather for a joyous dinner at a local eatery. Amidst delectable cuisine, participants partake in meticulously crafted team-building activities, fostering camaraderie through laughter and shared experiences. Wrapping up the evening, we announce winners of various competitions, awarding prizes and indulging in lighthearted penalty activities, culminating in a night filled with warmth, laughter, and enduring connections.
Overall, the Camp brims with moments of inspiration, camaraderie, and collaborative spirit, leaving indelible impressions on all participants and forging lasting memories to cherish.
